As Assistant Professor for Psychology of Entrepreneurship at the University of Münster, my research is situated in the field of entrepreneurship, employer branding, personnel selection and psychological assessment. For instance, I am interested in the underlying working mechanisms of selection and testing procedures and my work seeks to improve the theoretical und practical understanding of selection tools. My PhD thesis revolved around the question of how situations in Situational Judgment Tests affect their psychometric properties. Further interests are diversity management and digitalization. Before and besides my work as a researcher, I worked as an HR-consultant and designed several assessment-centers for the selection and development of management applicants.
